Fassbinder’s Berlin Alexanderplatz Remastered
Our mega project was featured as a Berlinale Special in the Admiralspalast, we showed the movie in an almost 18-hour-long marathon that ended at 4AM, and afterwards there were standing ovations for Günter Lamprecht. At this point, we are still thrilled about all the positive responses, the support, the encouragement, and last but not least, we are also overwhelmed by the positive press response that entails the DVD edition as well. Our partners, Bavaria Media and Bavaria Film International, report sales, and this makes us optimistic as this endeavor was a challenge in more than one respect.
