Comprehensive Fassbinder Retrospective on ARTE
Video portal, web dossier and press publications marking the thirtieth anniversary of RWF’s death
This European Championship summer would certainly have been a source of great delight for Fassbinder, who was a passionate football fan, often following a long day of filming by playing in the team he founded, “FC Alexanderplatz,” in what were sometimes hotly contested matches with his cast and crew. Like the European Football Championship, the comprehensive Fassbinder retrospective presented by the German-French TV broadcaster ARTE is now entering its final phase.
